Here are some of our recent changes we have made and implemented as of May 4, 2020 that will have a positive affect of your shopping and service experience during this Pandemic.
Implemented company-wide Safety Protocols that oversee all interactions with customers and other employees. Some highlights include but not limited too:
- All team members must always adhere to maintaining 6 feet / 2 meters of physical distance.
- All employees trained on a proper vehicle disinfection process. All instances of touching a customer vehicle require a pre- and post-disinfection.
- Limit the number of Customers allowed in our service drive at any given time.
- Frequent sanitization of entire dealership multiple times daily, including areas where customers touch (ex. Payment Keypads). A third complete clean and sanitization is done at night by our cleaning contractor.
- Implemented a Contact-less Sales process so that there is zero shared contact when buying a car from us.
- Further developed a fully digital Shop from Home purchase process for customers who do not want to visit us in person.
